The first session begins with a 30 minute breakdown of your ideal self. What will success look like for you. Another step we take is to establish a realistic view of where we are. Next we do several movement screens to find areas that need improvement. Lastly, we commit to the plan that we develop together.
We will deep dive into the foods you currently eat. Change is gradual and I am mindful of that, this is why we take a delicate approach to "changing your triggers". I will teach you how to eat mindfully and choose the foods that help not hurt you.
I will use a model that deliver the results you seek in the shortest and safest amout of time possible. Leand muscle development is going to be key to weight loss and body modification. The most important aspect of all is to have fun while you get to your goal.
